Personalized-storybook policy

Storyloom books are made from the photos, names, dates, and memories you submit. Because each hardcover is created specifically for your family, we cannot promise returns for a change of mind after production has begun.

Your proof comes first

Before a Storybook can move to production, you receive a digital proof and must explicitly approve the exact version. One complimentary revision is included, so please use your proof review to check every name, date, photo, layout, and story detail.

If something is wrong

If the printed book materially differs from the proof you approved, or arrives damaged, contact Storyloom with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We do not represent automatic refunds, replacement timing, or return labels before an individual order has been reviewed.
